Despite having a strong team with great people, Wolt marketing suffers from significant management and leadership problems. Marketing staff are routinely forced to take on additional roles across the business without compensation or recognition. There is lack of clarity on roles and responsibilities. Staff are tired, confused but have no means of voicing. Poor career progression opportunities leave employees feeling stuck and undervalued. Leadership demonstrates toxic behaviors including gaslighting, with ego-driven decisions creating a problematic work environment.
