Great colleagues Great boss not very strict

changes made the job unfeasible. work has been quadrupled after the start of july. the hiring process was for a referral was cut short without notice because they ran out of onboarding slots. everything about this screams incompetence

No pros. You can work there for 3 years and you wont receive a penny extra.

Cons

Work there for years without being paid extra, even if you have years of experience in the field. They would rather save money than invest in a long time employe. If you wish to not be noticed or treated fairly years after working there, You should definately check it out!
