You can really feel that the company has invested a lot in its culture. There are som many talented and nice people around and you learn a lot all the time. Yes the workload is heavy and can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming but there is always help at hand and "we suffer" together. We face issues together and deal with them professionally. There is always room to express your opinion and close to zero micro managing.
