Salary is competitive, people are great, but good developers have been leaving the company due to a chaotic environment

Cons

Fast-paced environment and unclear expectations from developers. I haven't writted much code in the past months, instead I was doing the job that used to be meant for Team Leads (finding DRIs, scoping tasks, communucating and negotiating across the timezones instead of focusing on the actual developement work)
