Pay relates to how old you are

Pros

Decent competitive rates and tax free

Cons

There is no retribution for performance; you can be the best and lead teams, but you only get paid more if you are older. Also, once you start in the Bank with a rate, it increases only slightly year to year independent of performance, markets or colleagues pay.
