Pros

Real opportunities to work on finance deals with a larger purpose if you're interested in that. Organization invests a LOT in your technical and leadership training. Flexibility to work across the project size spectrum, from small projects all the way to the largest companies in the country. Being part of the World Bank is an unlimited source of knowledge on whatever topic you want to learn about. Great quality of life.

Cons

Teams have a lot of work so projects might get delayed if other projects are more urgent; some project and team management tools would be quick fixes.
