Enormous source of knowledge and good variety of transactions if you are lucky and if you have time to step back from day to day job to learn

Poor work life balance for investment roles, especially in regional offices outside of DC, inefficient organization and processes and frustrating IT systems, low managerial quality, bureaucracy and focus on development impact not always obvious
