Pros

It's been 3 months with IFC and thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company. Despite the large organization size, I find my role meaningful and can see the impact we are having in the markets we're working. Colleagues are nice, pay is fair, and there are many opportunities for development. It is an attractive place to work and it shows through many people who have stayed with the organization for many, many years. Other pros: diverse work culture

Cons

The ET-Consultant benefits are not as good as for a Term Contract employee, e.g. fewer vacation days or days off overall, less maternity/paternity leave, and 401k / pension contribution.
