Pros

None - I honestly think WBG is dystopic- there are about 1 good employee for every 100 employees. The mediocre level on language use, writing, negotiation skills, business skills, and overall work quality is so low I am unsure why so many governments are still donating to this organization. It should shut down and if anything re-start with completely fresh beginning, closer to the initial mission.

Cons

1 - Low salary for DC area in 2024-2025. 2- Disorganizaed 3- Arrogant yet mediocre staff 4- Ombudsman office come across as biased and like lawyers for the organization 5- HR is extremely rude o their staff with "no time" due to internal meetings where they pitch themselves to senior managers yet no time to solve issues within the organization 6- Not competetive when you look at Green funds from Korea or Japan; or IDB or Asian Deveopment Bank, its the worst of them all. 7- Colonialist- European, UK have the upper hand in internal discussions or brown/black washed staff that are chosen because they have contacts in their finance ministries. 8- Left wing - extremely left wing mentality, radical, and due to that very against anyone with an American accent, American university in their CVs. 9- Indian nationas have taken over with one INdian national starategically spread out in each interview, and they have their own very strong network in the Bank where they share information; my experience have been of consistent gaslighting as a tactic to remoe competition and bring in their own through contacts. 10- UK also have their own network of "spies" through out the organization used to vet people on teams towards a slight left leaning mentality.
