Interesting work, exposure to different seminars and knowledge sharing if you have time

Cons

You only deal with your specific assignment- no opportunity to interact with other areas or other. The recognition of your contribution in the piece of work depends on who you work for. They can dare not even mentionning you and as if they did all the work on their own.
