Pros

If you care about mission, its hard to beat working at a place focused on ending world poverty.

Cons

This is not a great place to develop your career. You should come here with a vision for what you want to do and have a complete toolkit of skills; this is a good place to apply your vision and skills. The bureaucracy is incredible, and most people are highly risk averse.
