Pros

Decent pay, good benefits and prestigious organization to work for. Get to work with highly qualified intelligent minds. Diverse global workforce.

Cons

Bureaucracy. No focus on goals. No proper employment. They keep people on N contract and so no security and therefore poor performance. No challenging work except in some areas. Employees don't have any opportunities for growth.
