Clever people and huge ammount of knowledge to share but Very poor supervisors and not clear management

Good brand name to have in your resume, clever people, competitive salary, good work/life balance, in downtown Washington DC, good cafeteria

Cons

I was very dissapointed with my supervisors because they did not give me clear instructions or feedback about my work. A lot of the work done at the World Bank will never have a real effect becasue too many reports are simply put in a folder.
