Pros

International exposure. Tax-free income. Work-life balance. Access to a wealth of information on the intranet. Fairly relaxed work environment. Good for people looking for comfortable careers.

Cons

A flat organization structure makes it extremely difficult for vertical growth. Lateral movement, though advertised, is not easy. Rigid work environment. Very little support for career development or professional development.
