Pros

Good life-work balance. Good pay and benefit package, much higher than those of from other public sector, even better than some of the private sectors. Stress level is relatively low.

Cons

Not a good place for career building for young professionals. Very limited chance for career advancement, between the grade levels.

- cosmopolitan, interesting environment - on the edge learning and exchange of world's best practices in many areas of development - good benefits

Cons

- too much travel - uncertainty for term contractors, not easy to get a regular appointment - difficult to have family-work balance
