Pros

The work WFP does is truly on the front line to helping those in dire emergencies.

Cons

People don't care about your growth within the agency and make few accommodations for people with small children. There are HUGE sexism issues, and it often feels like an old boys' club.

Cons

Sometimes field areas are hard to reach due to undeveloped infrastructure for example bad roads. Sometimes day today work may seem difficult due to some corrupt officers.
