Pros

Professional team and possibility to make the difference. Slowly, through check and balances system, the things are after all done.

Cons

Non-career organisation. You need to look for a new job to job in order to move to next level. Or re-apply for your own position and go through recrutiment process in case there is a possibility to improve the grade. If you work with one direct supervisor, you can have issues with getting credit for your job
