Good workplace, great experience, a long journey to learn

Cons

Smaller teams, individualistic culture which makes the initial kick start a bit difficult but the rest of the journey is smooth.

Pros

- Offering the highest salary among all the other jobs for fresh graduates in Taipei. 2x more than the second highest one I could find. - Providing opportunities to be promoted and relocated to oversea offices, either US or SG.

Cons

- Low job security. Can be let go anytime without notice (though with compensation better than labor law). - High spiritual pressure, due to being ranked all the times in many dimensions.
