      The place doesn't provide a good learning experience. There is a communication gap with the management.

      Pros

      The work hours are normal, you get enough time to maintain work life balance. It provides you a platform where you can experiment and learn on your own, but the job doesn't provide much learning and becomes boring after sometime.

      Cons

      There is communication gap between teams. It is very difficult to try out new ideas or work creatively if your manager is opposed to it. People join the company thinking they would get ample opportunity to learn the business side of things but access controls have become more restrictive in last few years and it does require implicit manager acknowledgement/permissioning for everything you do.

      Nothing. Get ready to be humiliated at this company

      Cons

      A lot. Manager will not listen to your opinion or to your value addition. They treat you as you do not matter. You can never challenge or even think of challenging manger's idea. They threaten you. Managers are arrogant. Senior management do not care or listen to its employees.

      Pros

      Lots of mobility Friendly environment and decent management Generous pay structure for researchers / PMs Flat hierarchy (few intermediate managers)

      Cons

      Poor planning leads to mediocre job stability: company hires lots of people, than suddenly lays them off. I said mediocre rather than poor, as they tend not to fire people when they are not in cost-cutting mode, except of case of clear failure.
