- Great Compensation and very interesting projects

Cons

- My role was a bit ambiguous . Even the management does not know what they are hiring for or what sort of work is expected to be done . After a while they ran out of meaningful work to assign me and led to a layoff.

- Very competitive pay with other tech firms in Vietnam. - Employees overall have very high skill level in comparison to other tech firms in Vietnam. - A lot of interesting tech work in the data and financial investment side, if you like that. - Good benefits: PTO days, nice office

Cons

- Work hours especially in teams with US members can be very early or late in the day. - No hybrid working mode by default.
