I have just passed the test. I should say that is difficult and sometimes disturbing and not clear. May be I'm wrong but it is not for mathematicians. You need to prepare tests like GMAT or something similar... But they are very professional and make you feel comfortable. It is a very rich positive experience!

Cons

good experience and very nice HR.
