Pros

Great colleagues Offices around the world Clear compensation structure Freedom and autonomy Learning and growth opportunities

Cons

Management basically outsources itself to a set of formulas Metrics are not always aligned with desired outcomes, there are a lot of side effects and gaming the system Management pushes people to take risks on long-term projects, then cuts or restructures before they can bear fruit and the people who worked on them fall behind in the rankings. Cutthroat competition Not many women Despite the “flat, no-politics” vibe, politics exist. At a certain point you have to relocate to New York or Connecticut.
