The benefits. Great healthcare options at great rates. Wide range of optional add-ons. Profit-sharing. Stock purchase plan. 401k matching. On-site medical center, workout/gym, playground and party shelter. Company picnics, and banquets. Also EAP programs that provide real assistance. Haircuts at work. Honest understanding management with family issues. CoWorkers make it worth it.

Cons

Very fast paced. Extremely vigorous, pretty rough wear & tear on the body.

Works with you when your have things outside of work interfere with your ability to show up, allowed for a period of time to be on another schedule so I could do things for my family.

Cons

My experience alone, was that if you are willing to take necessary time off without getting paid, and it is approved beforehand --it might still be an issue when you get back
