Great people with great ideas. Everyone was willing to answer any questions that you had. Operators on production floor were nice also.

Cons

Shop was Union and they had to close down the plant and move the operation to Ohio.

I loved working for this company. They were passionate, driven and not afraid to take risks. Corporate supported the facilities with resources, but gave their facilities the room to make decisions and take action as needed.

Cons

Sometimes they lacked technological resources to simplify jobs - but I believe most companies have this issue.
