A great mix of hands on work in the plant and desk work with designing and obtaining quotes. Get to talk with everyone on the floor and in the office. Great work environment.

Cons

Sometimes the work is a bit menial as an intern. Pay was not the best.

Worthington Industries has such refreshing work environment. Employees truly live and breathe Our Philosophy, and the positive attitudes are contagious. The Company cares about the personal development of employees who have the desire to grow and learn. The benefits plan is one of the best you will find and profit sharing is also a great incentive. Worthington is truly one of the best places I have ever worked and I look forward to growing with the company throughout the rest of my career.
