Pros

They did a really good job of exposing you to the business world and many different aspects of the company.

Cons

At times they gave you busy work that did not really benefit the internship experience in any way.

Pros

Really strong group of cross disciplinary engineers. Encouraged me to grow, be curious, choose jobs of my liking, etc.

Cons

Not great for growth. Heard "engineers will never be rich, but you'll always have a job". Not the best thing to tell a college intern.

Pros

Great people with great ideas. Everyone was willing to answer any questions that you had. Operators on production floor were nice also.

Cons

Shop was Union and they had to close down the plant and move the operation to Ohio.
