Pros

They are good about going out and bringing in work. Only once have they had to lay anyone off and that was in January and February 2009. There are a lot of good and knowledgeable employees working there.

Cons

Company grew faster than they were able to put controls in place. There was a lot of confusion on who's role was who's and that resulted in lots of arguing. Benefits weren't the greatest. I got my own health insurance for cheaper than I could get it through the company. Company needs a good cleaning on the management level and that is what began when I left. Their pay scales are also among the lowest in town. Lots of good people have left to go elsewhere due to pay rates.
