Pros

Great management, great benefits and salaries, and great people. Everyone that I worked with their treated me and others with respect, plus they take care of their employees with competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

Some locations of their facilities are not in the best areas if you are not used to the weather (North Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana).

The benefits are better than the industry average and there are good programs related to the employees staying fit and healthy.

Cons

Employee recognition is poor by some members of Senior Management. Some Senior Management have an attitude problem (god-like) that is not healthy.
