Benefits are great. Medical center is the best benefit I've ever seen.

Cons

The culture is nothing but lies, back stabbing, and nepotism by management, and people are treated like dirt. The guy that started the company (who was a great person) would be appalled.

Amazing profit sharing, health benefits but most importantly great culture. Very family orientated company with excellent work life balance for employees.

Cons

None -great company that embodies the golden rule founder had 70-years ago!

Pros

Not much anymore, profit sharing is still ok, but not what it used to be. It got cut to lure in new hires that are incompetent and not willing to work. We preach the "philosophy", but we don't follow it.

Cons

Too many people get away with murder around here. Managers are clueless, or just don't care. Employees themselves are bottom of the barrel, dirtballs, poor hygiene, never seen so many that use the restroom and fail to wash hands after use. HR is a complete joke!! HR updates are currently 4-6 months behind on all company bulletin boards.
