Co-workers are nice. The medical center is a nice benefit.

Cons

This is a good ol' boys club. Anyone who isn't white and male will not be promoted, especially if you are driven or innovative. you get paid a portion of your market rate and the rest is made up via profit sharing if your division makes profit. beware. purchasing department will throw anyone under the bus to get ahead. not a place for minorities or women.

Over the last several years Worthington has put an emphasized focus on both transformation and innovation and are always looking for driven and motivated employees to join our team. You will see with a lot of our new acquisitions we are always looking to expand and broaden our portfolio. In the last couple of years, we have changed our pay structure and do offer 100% market rate as base pay, and still offer profit sharing on top of that as well. We are also excited to have welcomed our DEI Director last year as we continue to drive diversity and inclusion in our organization.
