      They hire and fire like an easy go thing... and as you are on higher salary.. you wont get job easily No gurantee that you will ask to perform the same job you were hired for... as I said mgmt is confuse. Company runs by consultants... and not by employees. And they gets bombs of money and respect from organisatio...

      Hi, thanks for stopping by our Glassdoor page. I'm glad you found our salaries to be above industry standards, we always try to meet or exceed market rate! However, I'm not sure what you mean by "company runs by consultants". We only have a few consultants on site, the majority of our staff are full time employes. Anyhow, thanks for your feedback.
