1) Office Login Time Flexibility. 2) Hike.
Cons
1) No Team Building Activities. 2) No Team Outings Or Team Lunches. 3) Better take a pillow and bed to office because during the project time you barely get 5 hrs free why waste 1 hour in travelling. 4) They are only focussed on Money and Project , and never taken Care of Employee. 5) Management only listens your words only when after your resignation , they will beg you stay. 6) Notice Period 84 Days. 7) Project Manager treats lower management like use and throw.
