It's certainly important that we are constantly looking at ways to improve the training and development of our employees. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "remote location" since we are pretty centrally located, close to many freeways and major streets. We're sorry you don't feel you're compensated enough in your role. XYZ is a very merit based company and we reward great performance with great pay.
