      Pros

      It felt like a fast-paced startup, there's lots of room to get involved in the formation of the business, and new ideas are welcome. There's also a solid team that you'll get to work with (if you're lucky) to tackle the execution. Also, open kitchen, sponsored fitness challenges, and team lunches made it feel like home.

      Cons

      Sometimes people's egos get in the way, like on any team, but you just have to pick your battles and you'll find that everything works out in the end.

      Good salary? Good culture? Good management? Great to hear that! I'm sorry that you didn't feel like you were experiencing a satisfactory work life balance. As much as we emphasize maintaining a healthy work life balance, I'm sure there are stretches of time when work must have gotten hectic. I hope you've landed in just the right place.
