Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree with you that we take care of our employees. We also agree that there is a steep learning curve. great career opportunities, and a wide open door to provide feedback. Based on your review, I think you're saying that it's difficult to adhere to project deadlines due to a tough task master. One of the things we have implemented is a mentoring program where we provide coaching to everyone, including how to be a better leader. Hopefully this will help tough task masters become nurturing developers of talent. And you say you travel extensively? We should talk about that. I don't think any of our employees have traveled more than 10% of their time here. You may want to consider one of our many other position opportunities if traveling has become a burden to you. I'm very thankful that you enjoyed your internship experience with us. All our internships at the moment are paid internships, perhaps not as much as you had hoped for. Our interns do tend to work full days (as opposed to partial days), because we have so much we want you to learn and explore. And as we are new to having internships, we don't offer many perks to our interns just yet. As for our employees, our perks seem to be growing every couple of months. Exciting times!
