Pros

In my area of the company, there was continuous visibility to how you were trending each day toward your monthly performance targets. This provided the ability to adapt your activities to ensure you were trending toward achieving your performance targets. Availability of daily trending results provided a strong sense of purpose and accomplishment.

Cons

The company is struggling to grow, which results in constant cost pressures, job lay-offs, and off-shoring of many jobs.

Pros

During my employment with Xerox I given great growth opportunities within the organization.

Cons

Watch the company continue to downsize from 130,000 employees when I started to less then 20,000 after 21 years. Constant outsourcing to 3rd world countries takes its toll on the remaining employees
