Pros

The local staff and clients made going to work easier but upper management's lack of vision and lack of support did not.

Cons

Lack focus on the customer by upper management. Lack of vision and resources from upper management. Always focusing on chasing "bad" profits (unsustainable).

Pros

Great co-workers. Some jobs allow you to work from home.

Cons

Sweatshop mentality. No such thing as a work/life balance. Be prepared to work 60-80 hours a week. No pay raises, company-wide, the last 6 years I was there. Zero training or ongoing development.

Pros

Telecommuting opportunities. Good people at working level. Flexibility and empowerment to make business decisions.

Cons

No or low pay raises for years. Mid level management who lack experience and skillsets. Top heavy executive level. Broken processes. Lack of accountability for deliverables. Non existent automation tools. Disregard for employee and customer. Internal red tape stagnates progress and success.
