Morale at an all-time low

Pros

The culture is very laid back, there are smart people here, opportunities to jump around, a lot of experienced folks.

Cons

The company has been declining for quite a while now. Ridiculousness is the entire Fujifilm ordeal, 3 CEOs within the past 2 years, the massive amount of layoffs. Morale is at an all-time low.

Pros

Enjoyed the people I worked with and business we were doing

Cons

Top level management has no idea what their real workers do. Yet let go of talent without notice and leave the rest wondering what to do without those talented people.

Shrinking resources

Pros

Great co-workers (Wilsonville), beautiful campus, medium work-life balance, and generally team work oriented at the Wilsonville site.

Cons

Xerox cuts everything to reduce the budget. There are almost no employee incentives. They outsource everything that they can. They have recently have cut Wilsonville participation in community outreach programs, but continued participation on the East Coast. The company is run from the East Coast with little mind to how other sites are connected or operate. Layoffs are frequent and the site is becoming a ghost town.
