Pros

The pay is okay but for all that we endure we should be compensated a little more that what we are. To come in everyday and get cursed out by customer and possibly loose our job over them taking they anger out on us for them not knowing how to work the product is ridiculous.

Cons

The days off are horrible. I can't work on Sunday for religious purposes but they have me working on Sunday's. When I get sick they don't honestly care.

Good benefits and PTO/Sick time policy accrual. Good management and training opportunities with ongoing support to professional staff.

Cons

Unusual rif for people who had either been out ill and returned to work or taken other FMLA time regardless of their years of service. Also questions of age favoritism.

Pros

Flexible hours. Working around appointments and family is easy. I believe this depends on your manager though this flexibility is something that is talked about.

Cons

Senior leadership seems directionless and many times strongly falls into the "I don't know and I don't want to know" type of mentality. There is no cross team coordination. No investment in the employees. Each year I stay I take a pay cut due to slowly deteriorating benefits.
