Pros

Xerox Services has an extensive training course from entry level to core training. Ongoing education focused on where improvement is most needed. They provide the tools and it is up to you to utilize them. Great "team" environment where everyone works together to assist and lend a hand.

Cons

Very strict schedule which is normal for a call center. You must adhere to your schedule so it does not affect the service level. No salary increase for each new discipline you learn. You could have 5 disciplines and another person is only trained in 1 but you'll make the same salary. Even a slight increase would be great for moral but the education you receive is free so I guess it balances out.

Endless Opportunity

Pros

There is endless opportunity to take on new and challenging responsibilities. The ability to wear multiple hats with a wide range of responsibility. Lots of great people working together to make the impossible possible. Strong Mid-Level Management with talented delivery personnel.

Cons

Blanket approach to solving problems. Pay freezes, Furloughs and Highering freezes are common so as to minimize the the need for reductions in force, that is to minimize but not eliminate. Offshoring internal employees is common when possible.
