Career advancement is business comes first and not by fairness & respect.The did not have open door policy like they always saying. The only open door policy that they have is the door is open for you to go look job at other place and not to complain to the management. If you do have concern to them, they will just cut your concern by telling you that they know it but they just could not do anything about it and then after that they will put pressure on you.

Politics - like anywhere else, there is politics going on within org or between org. There are a few people constantly trying so hard to get up to the ladder by any means. There is also a minority special treatment crap. I am a minority myself but Xerox over extend their means to have many minority slackers. I've been told their lawyers suggest not to lay them off to meet the quota. Financial - Company has not been doing much in terms of revenue, new product line or the business model. Xerox People are combination of very smart, very dumb, very stubborn, very in-box thinker, very lazy, very hard working people. They emphasize on "diversity". I must say they have accomplished this one alright.
