Pros

Nothing comes to mind, seriously.

Cons

Xerox provides no incentives for their employees. There is no reward system in place, no ESPP, and there's been no 401k matching in the last 2 years (a measly 3% as it were). When management was asked to provide promotional type elements (t-shirts, etc) we were told we could get it at a discount the company shop. And when management was asked to cover the cost of a certification training, training that pertained to the job, it would be out of pocket to the employee. When their IT department moved to Cary, NC they gave their current IT employees 2 options, either move to Cary or resign; this tactic gave Xerox the ability to avoid severance packages. Seemingly all services at Xerox are outsourced. It's hard to get things done when nobody is an actual Xerox employee because there is no emotional attachment ("this is the company I work for") to Xerox.
