Pros

The people who have not been laid off are really good

Cons

IT, HR support is a joke. They cut all severance packages in half a month before laying off thousands of people (some had been there for 30 years). Upper management focuses so much on the next quarter they make poor decisions for long term improvement.

Pros

Flexibility in being able to work from home.

Cons

Continuous cost cutting. Year over year layoffs and more cost to the employee for benefits.

Pros

My manager was not a micro-manager. Was able to work independently. Enjoyed the work.

Cons

Several rounds of deep cuts - if you haven't been laid-off yet you expect its coming. Not a great place with a future. They recently even reduced their severance package and then proceeded with a large lay-off. Really pretty crappy way to treat the employees with a LOT of years of service that were laid off!
