Great place for gaining software engineering experience

Working in the Technology group you have a chance to work on really cool projects and learn from the best people in the industry. Laid back and friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Salary is kind of low and almost no annual bonuses. No free perks. Pretty expensive health coverage. Feels like the company is in survival mode.

Flexible schedule, hands off management, well-rounded coworkers, friendly environment, freedom to be a self-starter, job security for entry through mid-level engineers, opportunity to learn new technologies, good inter-team dynamics across a very large engineering organization

Cons

Little room for personal career growth, no longer provides employee training, long-term outlook is questionable, massive layoffs every year, strong push by upper management to outsource current projects, no clear direction for the company, low pay
