Pros
Interesting work, colleagues are very professional and intelligent. Very nice office There are monthly funded meals. You will find no bureaucracy, working schedule is very flexible, you can work even at night, if you wish. You can work some time from nearby caffees using VPN. Work from home is also allowed, if required.
Cons
Yandex is an established company, so it seems there's no startup atmosphere anymore. There are lots of people who work here for many years, you'd barely get a promotion if you dont. Salary isn't low, but it's exactly the median on the market.
