You know that you bring useful inventions for users. There are bit of challenge in goals and you on the flow most of the time.

Cons

I'm really anxious about future in the company. The tone of voice has changed a lot since I started working there. I feel less appreciated as a person. The only matter is what I bring to the company, not our community.
