      - Well-structured onboarding process. - Friendly and supportive team. - Plenty of company benefits (health insurance, fresh fruits and vegetables at coffee points every day, a spacious and comfortable office, and various internal activities).

      Cons

      - The workflow is not always transparent for the team. - As a regular employee, it’s hard to understand the company’s overarching goal. - Remote work from another country is not allowed unless you are employed in a hub

      Here you can gain experience which is greatly in demand in big tech companies like Meta, Google etc. because Russia is a big and homogenious market, so the scale of companies products is truly big.

      Cons

      Salaries are not very high comparing to other places at the same position.
