      1. Working along with very smart people, 2. competitive salary, 3. social benefits, i.e. food, gym, insurance, etc., 4. a lot of resources, 5. good line in CV: easy to find a job after Y.

      Cons

      1. Need to be super smart AND work for a long time to compete with locals, 2. internal tools are great but unknown to the rest of the world, 3. you need to make a decision on a lot of details. In order comprehend them you need to work for a long time, 4. hardly know anyone by name, lack of team building.
