      Company is actively expanding, a lot of great opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Some people complain that they can’t fully go on vacation because vital processes depend on them so they must stay somewhat connected

      Fun and interesting tasks. Nice non-cash benefits (free taxi/food, cool merch, etc)

      Cons

      Senior management is awful. (Or maybe I was unlucky with my boss, who knows..) Company has a strong culture only on paper. A lot of swearing from colleagues.
