      Great place to work, but weak management

      Pros

      Really good developers community. Rock-Star level people around, a lot of opportunities to evolve, network and practice on cool projects.

      Cons

      Weak, irresponsible, dysfunctional management. Everyone, starting from lowest managers trying to be political and fight for their grade more than for company goals. Top managers rarely share their view about a company future.

      Pros

      I worked here for 2.5 years. I thought about a pro for half an hour but couldn't find a single one

      Cons

      There is no salary bonus. Salary is minimum wage. management is so old school and pyramid style. You even can't mail a supervisor.
